Purna Yoga is an evolving system using a wide variety of inspiring and effective techniques to address our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. If you haven't been to yoga before, please wear comfy clothes and a top that's either fitted or can be tucked in. All equipment is supplied, you just need a towel and drink bottle. Please arrive 10 mins prior to class to fill in a questionnaire. Ness After suffering from depression and anxiety Ness found the path of yoga and in 2014 made the journey to Byron Bay to complete her teacher training. I believe yoga is for everyone Purna is a Sanskrit word meaning "complete." Purna Yoga is an evolving system using a wide variety of inspiring and effective techniques to address our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Yoga Teacher
Katie Katie was drawn to yoga and meditation at a young age, later in life - after the birth of her first child she discovered it’s potential to empower, heal and transform. This new found connection with self started her yogi journey towards compassionate thinking and living. Her classes are based on slow mindful movements with awareness on breath which she believes has the power to ground, to awaken and to bring us back home into embodied presence. All levels of experience are welcome.
